Hand-Painted Italian Ceramic Cookie Jars from Deruta

Our ceramic cookie jars are shaped and painted by hand in our workshop in Deruta, Italy, where we have been making Italian majolica since 1965. Each jar comes with a snug-fitting lid that keeps cookies, biscotti and dry treats fresh, and brings real Italian craftsmanship to the kitchen counter.

Choose from the Renaissance Raffaellesco and Ricco Deruta patterns, the cheerful Galletto roosters and our own MOD Classic designs, each painted freehand so that no two pieces are exactly alike.

Every Italian cookie jar is food safe, lead free and shipped fully insured from Italy, and makes a favorite gift for weddings, housewarmings and anyone who loves to bake.
