The Galletto is the rooster of Deruta, painted on Umbrian tables for generations as a wish of good luck and plenty. Here a bold red rooster stands among red leaves and yellow rings, finished by a red and white rope edge: a warm, generous pattern for a farmhouse table, a red kitchen or a big family Sunday lunch.

Every piece is painted by hand, brushstroke by brushstroke, by our artisans in Deruta, the Umbrian town that has made Italian majolica for over five centuries. No two plates are exactly alike: the small variations in line and color are the signature of a real hand, not a machine.
