Description
Place Setting “Galletto Green”
The Galletto is the rooster of Deruta, painted on Umbrian tables for generations as a wish of good luck and plenty. In this place setting a green rooster struts among green leaves and yellow rings, a cheerful, rustic pattern that makes every meal feel like lunch in an Italian farmhouse, with bread on the table and nobody in a hurry to leave.
Every piece is painted by hand, brushstroke by brushstroke, by our artisans in Deruta, the Umbrian town that has made Italian majolica for over five centuries. No two plates are exactly alike: the small variations in line and color are the signature of a real hand, not a machine. Your set is made to order in about 15 working days and ships directly from our workshop in Italy, arriving in the US in 3 to 7 days.
This 3-piece Italian dinnerware set includes an 11 in (28 cm) dinner plate, a 9.8 in (25 cm) pasta bowl and an 8.7 in (22 cm) salad plate, all with the same scalloped or smooth edge. Lead free, food safe, dishwasher and microwave safe. Order 4 or more place settings and save up to 7%.
