Description
Espresso Cup and Saucer “Peacock Grey”
Peacock Grey takes the peacock feather, one of the oldest motifs of Deruta majolica, and paints it in soft taupe and warm brown tones on an ivory ground, with a thin brown rim. The overlapping feathers form a regular, elegant pattern. Its quiet palette is an easy match for neutral, greige and earth-tone kitchens.
Our espresso cup and saucer is shaped and painted by hand in Italian majolica. The cup holds 1.5 oz (45 ml), the classic Italian espresso measure; the saucer is 4.3 in (11 cm) wide and the set stands 3 in (7.6 cm) tall. Made in Italy, food safe, lead free and dishwasher safe.
Handmade by MOD Ceramics in Deruta, Italy, and shipped fully insured. We can also reproduce this piece in a different shape or decoration – just get in touch.
