Traditional Vinegar Bottle “'600 Red Background”
Inspired by 17th-century Deruta pattern books, this vinegar bottle is painted with fine white scrollwork over a deep, saturated red ground, a striking contrast to the more common white-background majolica. Laying the pattern over solid color takes a practiced hand. It makes a bold statement piece on a classic dining table.
Our Traditional vinegar bottle is shaped and painted by hand in Italian majolica, 8 in (20 cm) tall and holding about 400 ml (13.5 oz) of wine or balsamic vinegar. Food safe, lead free and dishwasher safe.
