Traditional Olive Oil Bottle “Umbria”
Named for the green hills around our workshop, the Umbria decoration pairs olive greens and golden yellows in a botanical pattern inspired by the countryside just outside our door, the same land where Umbrian olive oil is pressed every autumn. It is one of our own original MOD Classic designs, painted by hand rather than copied from an antique pattern book.
Our Traditional olive oil bottle is shaped and painted by hand in Italian majolica, with a pouring spout for a clean, steady drizzle at the table. Choose the 8 in (20 cm, about 400 ml / 13.5 oz) everyday size or the 10 in (25 cm, about 900 ml / 30.4 oz) size for the kitchen counter. Food safe, lead free and dishwasher safe.
Handmade by MOD Ceramics in Deruta, Italy, and shipped fully insured. We can also reproduce this piece in a different shape or decoration – just get in touch.
