Description
Pasta Bowl “Love Birds”
Love Birds fills the rim with colorful little birds among green leaves and red berries, closed by a warm yellow edge. It is one of our happiest designs and a lovely wedding or anniversary gift.
This is a wide, shallow rimmed bowl, the classic Italian piatto fondo, 9.8 in (25 cm) across and 1.6 in (4 cm) deep: the shape Italians use for pasta, risotto and soup. It is hand painted in Italian majolica. Choose the scalloped edge for a classic Deruta look or the smooth edge for a cleaner line. Made in Italy, food safe and lead free, and safe for the dishwasher and microwave.
Handmade by MOD Ceramics in Deruta, Italy, and shipped fully insured. We can also reproduce this piece in a different shape or decoration – just get in touch.
