“Bubble” Olive Oil Bottle – Galletto Blu
Galletto Blu reworks the traditional Deruta rooster in cobalt blue on crisp white, a cooler and more graphic take on the famous red bird. On this little olive oil cruet the sketch-like outline is filled in with careful brushwork, perfect for a blue and white kitchen.
Our “Bubble” bottle is a round, playful piece of Italian pottery: 3.3 in (8.5 cm) tall and wide, it holds about 4.2 oz (125 ml) and comes with a stainless steel pourer, with “olio” lettered in script on the body. Shaped and hand painted in Italian majolica, it is food safe, lead free and dishwasher safe. Perfect beside the stove, on the dinner table or as a small gift. Pair it with the matching “Bubble” vinegar bottle in Galletto Blu for a charming set of ceramic oil and vinegar bottles.
Handmade by MOD Ceramics in Deruta, Italy, and shipped fully insured. We can also reproduce this piece in a different shape or decoration – just get in touch.
