Description
Pasta Bowl “Peacock Grey”
Peacock Grey repeats the feathers of the peacock in rows around the rim, painted in soft taupe, brown and grey tones. The neutral, earthy palette suits modern and greige interiors and lets the food stand out.
This is a wide, shallow rimmed bowl, the classic Italian piatto fondo, 9.8 in (25 cm) across and 1.6 in (4 cm) deep: the shape Italians use for pasta, risotto and soup. It is hand painted in Italian majolica. Choose the scalloped edge for a classic Deruta look or the smooth edge for a cleaner line. Made in Italy, food safe and lead free, and safe for the dishwasher and microwave.
Handmade by MOD Ceramics in Deruta, Italy, and shipped fully insured. We can also reproduce this piece in a different shape or decoration – just get in touch.
