Description
“Bubble” Vinegar Bottle – Arabesco Blu
Fine cobalt-blue arabesques wind over the white glaze of this little vinegar cruet, a blue and white pattern among the oldest decorative traditions of Deruta. The delicate linework is painted freehand with a very fine brush, following the curve of the round body.
Our “Bubble” bottle is a round, playful piece of Italian pottery: 3.3 in (8.5 cm) tall and wide, it holds about 4.2 oz (125 ml) of balsamic or wine vinegar and comes with a stainless steel pourer, with “aceto” lettered in script on the body. Shaped and hand painted in Italian majolica, it is food safe, lead free and dishwasher safe. Pair it with the matching “Bubble” olive oil bottle in Arabesco Blu for a charming set of ceramic oil and vinegar bottles.
Handmade by MOD Ceramics in Deruta, Italy, and shipped fully insured. We can also reproduce this piece in a different shape or decoration – just get in touch.
